Our Aim at SMINDE is:
- To provide an on-line support net for people who want to lose weight using a healthy balance of good diet & exercise
- To help people break out of the vicious circle of fad, fast track dieting for short term weight losses
- To teach how ‘state of mind’ is the key to all the other answers for long term weight loss.
- To educate people that diet sheets, point counting & calorie counting only ever results in feelings of deprivation which leads directly to lack of motivation.
- To remind that weight loss is only ever your problem & never anyone elses
- Dealing with 3rd party influences i.e. family, friends & colleagues
